The site is intended to provide a platform to showcase Sony Walkman user experiences. We invite you to share your life and happy moments with Sony Walkman. This is a platform where Sony Walkman MP3 player customers may share their experience directly with Sony users other site visitors.

Users are advised to read the terms and conditions. Use of  the microsite “www.walkman.sony.co.in” shall imply that you have duly read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below:
1. `How to Use this facility :
 
STEP 1. Sign up/Login (if already signed up) Login In registration is mandatory to participate. Sony is committed to protect your privacy. Please read Sony India’s Personal Information Management (PIM) policy for the manner of use of your personal information.
STEP 2. ill in the form, Upload Your picture (at least one) & Video (if any). Please read the form carefully, the instructions are self explanatory.
STEP 3. To Record & Upload  video of  your profile on our site:       
www.sony.co.in/microsite/walkman.
 
1. The users shall upload their own original videos only.
2. The video has to feature your walkman; footage can be any move- Dance, Jog, Travel and other social/family events.
3. The maximum footage of video clip should be 20 secs and should not be more than 5 MB.

To facilitate easy access to the site, Sony will compress image & video
4. For reasons of online stability, video file formats should be in *.mpg & *.mov, *.flv, *.avi format only.
5. Your profile with text, images & videos may be posted for viewing on www.sony.co.in/microsite/walkman in about 48 hours after review by Sony.
6. Sony reserves the right to reject any text/image/video, even if inadvertently chosen.
7. Files not uploaded properly, or irrelevant or any content which has any offensive comments or footage which is against moral sensibilities or , containing virus shall also be rejected without further reference to user.
8. Sony has right to edit, approve or reject any part of your profile or your full profile.
9. Any footage which is not original, or manipulated, copied, modified shall be rejected at point of screening and shall be removed and not uploaded for viewing. Video found to have pornographic or offensive content will also be rejected without further reference and the users shall be solely liable for any consequences arising there from.
10. In case of any copyright violation and claims for damages by third parties arising out of the user submitting third party copyrighted material the liability shall rest on the user of the offending material.
STEP 4. Invite friends to see your profile after it is available for view. You can search your profile through your E-mail ID, user name or Walkman ID.
2. Sony India shall not be responsible in manner to anybody including any of the users for the misuse of their Profiles includes the Text/Images/Video uploaded by them or any unauthorized upload of any video/image. Users who are under Age 18 can participate with permission from the parent or guardian.
3. The terms and conditions contained herein and as amended/modified from time to time as mentioned at the Sony India’s website www.sony.co.in shall apply.
4. Disputes relating to this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
